Ingredients

1. 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

2. 1 onion, finely chopped

3. 1 large potato, cut into small cubes

4. 1 l of vegetable broth 

5. salt and black pepper

6. 675 g of broccoli, cut into bouquets

7. 140g stilton cheese, crumbled, and a little more to decorate (if you can't find the stilton, use roquefort or camembert)

Method of preparation

Step 1: Heat the oil in a large pot. Then add the onion and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. When the onion is almost transparent, add the potato and continue to cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
