Creamy Broccoli, Chicken and Cheese Soup Ingredients

* 2 cups of chopped cheese (can be exchanged for mozzarella or cheddar)

* 500 grams of broccoli

* 2 large grated carrots

* 2 cups of shredded chicken

* 3 cups of water (use the cooking water for the chicken)

* 3 tablespoons of butter

* 1 large onion finely chopped

* 3 crushed garlic cloves

* 3 tablespoons of wheat flour (to thicken)

* Seasonings to taste (powdered garlic, dehydrated parsley, powdered mustard and black pepper)

* salt to taste


How to Make Creamy Broccoli, Chicken and Cheese Soup

In a large saucepan or pressure cooker, over low heat, melt the butter and saute the onion until translucent.

Add the garlic and saute for another 1 minute.

Add the flour and mix well for a few minutes, do not let lumps accumulate.

Gradually add water so that the flour does not lump

Add seasonings to taste and finish with salt.

Mix well and cook for about 05 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place the broccoli cut into small pieces and the grated carrots.

Cook for 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

Add cheese and stir until completely melted and blended into soup.
