Ingredients
1. 1.5 kg of chicken pieces
2. 1 tablespoon of olive oil
3. 2 chopped onions
4. 3 chopped garlic cloves
5. 2 chopped tomatoes
6. 1 bay leaf
7. 1 string of scent-green
8. 2 chopped carrots
9. salt and pepper
Method of preparation
Saute the garlic and onion in oil and add the remaining ingredients. Cover with 3 liters of water, cover the pan and simmer over medium-low heat for about 1h20min (make sure you have at least 1.5 liters of stock left over).
Remove the meat and use it as desired. Strain the broth, wait for it to cool and store in the fridge. Remove any grease that forms on the surface before using.
