HOW TO MAKE TACO SALAD



Crispy tacos are the perfect accompaniment to this Southwestern US salad.



Preparation

Sprinkle the meat with the flour, mix, then fry in clarified butter and remove from heat when browned.

Add the onion and shallot and fry briefly. Remove the skillet from the heat and drain the meat.

Mix all the sauce ingredients, season to taste and place in a bowl. Mix the diced tomatoes with the lettuce and place in individual bowls. Place meat on top of lettuce and garnish with carrot strips and grated cheese.
