How To Cooke nachos



 INGREDIENTS:

2 medium packs of Doritos

1 tube (200g) of cheddar

Ground beef stuffing:

1 kg of ground meat (ace, duckling, muscle, etc.)

1 medium onion diced

4 cloves of garlic squeezed

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ tablespoon (dessert) of chili pepper or any other of your choice (I used Tabasco)

2 tablespoons of oil

salt

Sour Cream filling:

1 box of sour cream

1 jar of cream cheese

1 lemon juice

2 tablespoons of white vinegar


PREPARATION:

STEP 1

Ground beef stuffing:

Saute the onion and garlic in oil. When browned, add the minced meat and let it cook until it's very dry. Add seasonings (worn sauce and pepper) and add salt. Reserve.


STEP 2

Sour Cream Filling:

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes. Reserve.


STEP 3

Assembling Mexican Nachos:

On a platter, line with doritos. Place the braised meat on top and then the sour cream. Lastly, the cheddar. Decorate the sides with the doritos and place in a preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes.
