Omelet

Plain or stuffed, the omelet is made with beaten eggs and can be served in many shapes and sizes. The ideal consistency is fluffy and smooth.






Ingredients

Eggs and butter.

Preparation

Open 3 eggs into a container, season with salt and pepper and beat with a wire rod or fork. Place a skillet on the heat and add a nut of butter and let it foam without gaining color. Pour the eggs and mix with a spatula. Let it cook over a low heat until it has a film on the bottom of the pan. Tilt the pan forward using the handle and start rolling it up with a spatula. To facilitate the process, gently tap the handle so that the omelet slides into the pan. The omelet should not have a brownish color and should have a creamy interior.
