Ingredients

1. 50 g of instant coffee

2. 150 g of sugar

3. 50 ml of water

4. milk to taste






Method of preparation

- In an electric mixer, add sugar and instant coffee and beat until well blended;


- Boil the water and add it to the bowl of an electric mixer, mixing at minimum power until it forms a   consistent cream;


- In a cup or mug, fill with half hot milk or at room temperature;


- Add 1 to 2 tablespoons full of coffee cream on top. Serve!
