HOW TO MAKE CRISPY AND DELICIOUS FRIED CHICKEN
Crispy fried chicken, dry on the outside and juicy on the inside is delicious. That simple.
That's why we want to teach you how to make really tasty fried chicken. The cut of the chicken can be your preference – breast, thigh or drumstick.
Check out the ingredients:
1 kg of chicken cuts of your choice
3 chopped or crushed garlic cloves
two lemon juice
salt to taste
Black pepper ground to taste
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1 cup of water
wheat flour for breading
Frying oil
The first step is to make a marinade so that the chicken is well seasoned. Therefore, season the chicken pieces with garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
In a container, mix milk, water and egg. This mixture will make the fried chicken crispy and tender.
Put the chicken in the mixture made earlier. Make sure all sides of the chicken are soaked in the mixture.
Now, we're going to bread and we have an awesome tip to make this process easier. In a plastic bag, place the flour with a pinch of salt.
Place the chicken pieces in the plastic bag with the flour and stir and shake well so that the flour sticks to the meat.
All right, now let's go to the frying.
Put plenty of in a deep pot and bring to high heat. Remember: the chicken pieces need to float in the oil, so don't skimp.
When the oil is very hot, slowly and carefully dip a few pieces of chicken. Don't add them all at once so as not to cool the oil - if you do, the chicken won't have that crispy crust.
Let the chicken fry in oil for 5 minutes, stir and turn. When the pieces are well browned and are floating, it is ready to drain and serve.
