How to make Chicken dumplings

 How to make Chicken dumplings

A very economical variation for your day-to-day, as the use of leftovers or as a snack for partie

INGREDIENTS

* Chicken Breast 1 unit

* Milk 2 cups (tea)

* Wheat flour 5 tablespoons

* 1/2 tablet chicken broth

* 1 pinch salt

* egg 1 unit

* Water 3 tablespoons (soup)

* breadcrumbs to taste

HOW TO MAKE

1. Use leftover cooked chicken or cook the chicken breast with all the spices (garlic, onion, salt, green smell). Pass it in the food processor or blender. Reserve.

2. Dissolve 5 tablespoons of all-purpose flour in 1/2 cup of milk. Reserve.

3. Place the rest of the milk in a pan. Add the chicken broth tablet and bring to a boil.

4. Add the wheat flour dissolved in the milk. Season with salt to taste. Thicken, stirring constantly, until it becomes a ball in the pan. It shouldn't be too hard.

5. Add the processed chicken, mixing well with the batter. Taste the salt.

6. Make small balls, spread in the beaten egg lightly with water and salt and in the breadcrumbs.

7. Fry in plenty of hot oil and drain on absorbent paper or bake at 240ºC for 20 minutes.

8. If you bake the dumplings you must flip them in half the time.

CYBERCOOK TIP

1. You can prepare this dumpling with leftovers from roasted, stewed or boiled chicken.

2. Simply remove any bones and skin and shred the meat.

3. Air fryer also works, leave 20 minutes at 220ºC.

TIPS

Tips: If cooking the chicken breast, use the broth left over from cooking, replacing part of the milk. In that case, you can abolish the broth tablet. If you're using leftover chicken and don't want to add the industrialized broth, sauté the onion and garlic in butter and saute the already processed meat, seasoning with parsley to give it a new flavor, before mixing it with the dough.
