How to Make Strawberry Cake





The strawberry birthday cake is the perfect combination of strawberry pieces and whipped cream.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • eggs

  • cup of hot milk tea
  • tablespoon of baking powder

  • can of sour cream
  • spoons of cornstarch

Method of preparation

Pasta

  • In an electric mixer, beat the egg whites in snow, then add the yolks one by one and continue beating. Add sugar and beat some more;
  • Then add the wheat flour and hot milk and mix well with the aid of a spoon;
  • Once the dough is homogeneous, add the baking powder and stir a little more until incorporated;
  • Place the prepared dough in a pan, greased and floured, and bake in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes or when golden and the toothpick comes out dry;
  • Wait for it to warm and unmold.

Filling

  • In a saucepan, add milk and wait to heat up. Then add the beaten yolks, condensed milk and cornstarch and let it thicken, stirring constantly;
  • Turn off the heat and add the cream.

Strawberry Cake Assembly

  • Once the cake is warm, unmold the dough onto a flat plate;
  • Cut the dough in half with a serrated knife;
  • Puree some of the strawberries (with a fork, mash the strawberries, add a little water and sugar);
  • Drizzle half of the cake batter with the syrup formed from the puree, add the filling and the chopped strawberries and place the other half of the cake on top;

  • In an electric mixer, beat the whipped cream until fluffy;
  • With the help of a spatula, cover the cake with whipped cream and then garnish with the remaining strawberries
