How To Make Donuts
INGREDIENTS
1ST PASTA OPTION
1. 2 eggs
2. milk (about 200 ml)
3. 1 tablespoon of margarine
4. 1/2 glass of crystal sugar
5. 2 cups of wheat flour
6. 1/2 tablespoon of yeast
7. Dulce to fill
8. Coverage (suggestion):
9. 180 g of semisweet chocolate melted in a bain-marie
2ND PASTA OPTION
1. 6 g of dry biological yeast
2. 24 g of wheat flour
3. 200 ml of milk
4. 5 g of sugar
6. 250 g of wheat flour
7. 1 beaten egg
8. 5 ml of vanilla essence
9. 3 g of salt
10. 60 ml of milk
11. 50 g of margarine
METHOD OF PREPARATION
1ST PASTA OPTION
1. Break the eggs into a measuring cup and top up with milk to the 250 ml mark.
2. Mix the margarine, sugar, flour and yeast and knead the dough.
3. Leave to rest for about 15 minutes.
4. Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and cut the donuts using 2 cups of different sizes (I used 1 American cup and 1 cup of cachaça).
5. Fry the donuts in warm oil until golden on the outside .
6. After it cools, cut it in half carefully and fill it with dulce de leche (I made the dulce de leche by cooking the condensed milk in the pressure cooker , it's perfect)!
7. Roof:
8. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and dip one side of the donuts.
2ND PASTA OPTION
1. Add the yeast, flour, milk and sugar (the first ingredients on the list)
2. Mix and set aside until doubled in size
3. Add this mixture to wheat flour (259 g)
4. Mix
5. Add the egg, essence, salt, milk and margarine
6. Mix very well again and set aside until the dough doubles in size
7. Cut the dough into the shape of the donuts, fry in hot oil and fill as you like
8. You can use toppings and fillings to your liking!
