 Fried rice recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 small can of pea
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 slices of chopped bacon
  • 100g of chopped ham
  • 2 cups (tea) of leftover rice
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley

Method of preparation

  • Heat half the butter with half the oil and pass the drained peas                over them, heating well.
  • Remove from pan and keep warm.
  • Season the eggs with salt and pepper and fry them like an omelet            in the remaining oil.
  • Transfer to a plate, cut into strips and keep warm.
  • Fry the bacon slices, add the ham and lightly saute.
  • Transfer them to a plate, without the fat, and keep warm.
  • In the bacon fat, add the remaining butter and fry the rice in them,        leaving it very loose.
  • Sprinkle the parsley and remove from heat.
  • Serve then, arranging to your liking, in the same dish, the rice,                peas, ham and omelet.
